Heledd Cynwal is joined this week by Jenny Ogwen, the bubbly television personality from Crymych.
Jenny takes us back to the swinging 60s in London, on a steam train journey and through a period of great innovation in Welsh television. She also looks back at a fascinating career which includes presenting the weather and 'Sion a Sian'.
The programme contains film from Jenny's wedding to Euryn Ogwen Williams in 1966 as well as an interview with another glamorous couple of the time - Richard Burton and Elizabeth Taylor.
