Workplace bullying and harrassment causes misery to many people. It can sometimes be difficult to prove, but usually happens when someone in a position of power intimidates another worker, though not always. It can happen through email, phone or face-to-face contact. Very often, it happens in front of others also, though not always. Help can be found through strong anti-bullying policies, a supportive human resources department or the unions. The organisations highlighted here also offer helpful guidance and support.
