If your under 18 and worried about anything, you can get help day or night by phoning Childline Cymru for free or by going to their website for more information about how they can help you. The adults who answer your calls are there to help you with any problem in your life. If you're hard of hearing, you can also use a text phone on the number given.
Bullies Out is a Wales-based charity which gives very comprehensive information about bullying for children and adults, and has an online support forum.
A very good online service linked to Childline. You can find out more about bullying, leave messages and get direct help online about any problem after registering.
There's lots of good, lively advice about how to beat the bullies available from the BBClic site.

EACHaction offers extensive help to those affected by homophobic bullying, and you can phone them or find out more at their website.
A web channel with a wealth of information about all kinds of subjects for those between 11-25 years old, living in Wales. This includes what's on, your health, education and other important topics as you grow up.

If you're a young man, some friendly advice is available from the Campaign Against Living Miserably if you're feeling low, either at their website or by phoning them on the number shown.
