Croeso i’r ardd. Welcome to the garden. Byw yn yr Ardd (Living in the Garden) is S4C’s popular series for people who want to enjoy more time in the garden and get more out of the garden. This is programme 20. This Just Starting script is an exact translation of the Mynediad/Entry Level version, so when ready, please move up to see how much you can understand.
The three who present Byw yn yr Ardd are Russell Jones, Bethan Gwanas and Sioned Rowlands. Here they are for the last time in this series, but they are back with a Christmas programme in December.
Russell is busy in Rhosgadfan cleaning the polytunnel, giving oxygen to the compost and preparing the lawn for spring.
Wayne Hooksey suffers from ME and grows organic food on the patch in Merthyr.
Sioned shows how to plant evergreen plants and bulbs of spring flowers in an old sink.
Bethan has been back to Plas Newydd, Angelesey to see the colours of autumn.
And she gets help from Awen Jones to choose trees for the gardd at Ffrwd-y-Gwyllt.
Sioned goes to see Hywel Jones in Llanwrda. He grows 40 types of dahlia in his garden.
