Russia stretches across one-eighth of the planet’s landmass. The landscape ranges from the Polar Sea high up in the north, over barren mountain ranges with towering peaks 6,000 metres high, to the exotic coastline where Russia meets Asia. Along the way, forests hide elusive predators, bears go salmon-hunting and fierce birds of prey wheel overhead.
