Additional information: Helen is very fond of cooking and enjoys experimenting with new recipes.
But homemade lasagne however remains her favourite dish.
Her favourite chef is Jamie Oliver and despite the fact that she rarely eats out, she would always chose Tafarn y Bont, Anglesey if she did.
She also enjoys walking and travelling.

After some masterclasses the twelve had a bit of a shock - a challenge to create Sea bass with a salsa.
Helen was successful and a step closer to Tigh Dudley!
Helen JonesProgramme Two
After some wine tasting with Arwel Owen from Gwinology it was time for the big challenge - cook their signiature dish.
Helen prepared Welsh lamb with Colcannon and sauce.
A perfect wine to accompany this dish would be a Rioja from Spain.

The challenge was to create a dish with ingredients within fifty miles from Kinsale.
Duck, champ or colcannon and a sauce of their own choice.
Under the watchful eyes of Carole Norman and Leona Robinson from the Crackpots restaurant in Kinsale Helen was succesfull and a step closer to the final.

The challenge was to create breakfast and Helen was put in a team with Ian Hughes and Wayne.
A full Irish breakfast and Peter Maypother from Blue Haven Hotel in Kinsale was pleased.
But their plate was not good enough and Helen faced another challenge.
But Helen was fortunate enough to be saved by Miriam and David and had the afternoon off!

Helen's starter was not as good as Wayne's and Miriam's and her journey in Tigh Dudley was over.
