After some wine tasting with Arwel Owen from Gwinology it was time for the big challenge - cook their signiature dish.
Ian prepared Beef fillet served with a mushroom relish with garlic and parsley potatoes.
A perfect wine to accompany this dish would be something from the Rhone area like Shiraz.
