Additional Information: Iestyn's favourite cook is the late Keith Floyd and his favourite restaurant is the Bunch of Grapes in Pontypridd.
Iestyn is fond of cooking local produce on his BBQ, but when the weather doesn't allow it, he enjoys cooking steak with b&eaccute;arnaise sauce.
Iestyn enjoys growing his own vegetables and herbs in his allotment and is also interested in walking, tennis, playing the guitar, singing and wine.
